I know how you feel - ours are always washed and waxed every week without fail - i was lazy over the winter months, so didn't bother....big mistake! lol! Easier when you keep on top!

At least when it is all washed, waxed and gleaming, you can sit back and admire with a sense of acheivement!:thumb:

I have an Auto Trail Apache and stand on the front bumper to clean the overcab dome.

My husband Mark will groan if he reads these posts as ours definitely needs a good clean.. He says it's going to be easier to do the front and roof now as he has one of those new combination ladders that has platforms etc. We shall see :ROFLMAO:

I do the same. It's a 10 foot stepladder so plenty high enough. I can reach most of the roof from the side of the van which is next to is our neighbour's lean-to car port with a good solid roof - so not far to go if I fall off ::bigsmile:

Have always camped, caravaned or had boats. Now in our second year with the motorhome.
I make a point of washing it down (brush on hose pipe) every few weeks, because for how long it takes me to do it seems to keep on top of it and not allow any rain streaks to get to ingrained. Easy for me because I have it at home and hose pipe is all set up. Spose its not possible for peeps who store. Defo worth it if you are in a position to.

Had mine done today- £18 and worth every penny. Had it done at a local "hand" car wash.
Cheers, Dave:thumb:
