Hi
Has anyone had a problem with the gas pressure to the hob on a dethleffs gourmet centre? One of the burners goes out when you turn it to low. The jet isn't blocked
TIA

Perhaps the jet is still partially blocked.

Presumably you've alteady removed the 2 Torx screws in the top plate and removed the jet to give it a good inspection and blow through?

But don't poke anything through it except a genuine jet probe of the correct size.

As its only happening on one burner it can't be gas pressure.
As wagoneers post but could also be a faulty flame adjustment valve.

It's most probably the gas tap itself that is blocked on the simmer setting, a gas tap has a main drilled port for high setting and a smaller drilled port for simmering.
When I was working (gas engineer) I used to find that tap grease had pushed into the ports, or debris from the gas pipework,e.g. Rust, dust and once an earwig.

This is adding to an old post, but for information purposes : . . . .
The two Torx screws holding the burner spreader plate in position on my Cramer hob unit are sized at T6. Once removed, I then had to undo two Philips-head screws and only then could I gain access to the jet. Using a 7mm socket, I removed the jet to allow me to blot it clear with an air-line.

Just one ring had suffered with insufficient flame size and blowing the jet clear solved the problem.
