We bought one of these at one of the shows they are very good and make a heck of a racket when they go off, we use ours if we are leaving our bikes chained up in a town, any extra deterrent helps.

i too can recommend these locks..

bought mine at one of the shows for a tenner.

so shock sensitive it goes off when being unlocked if not handled with kid gloves.

brilliant bit of kit. :thumb:

i use mine to secure the genny to the van

i'll be buying another at that price..

Might get one for my motorbike, saw them at one of the shows but at £20 :Eeek::Eeek: I also have an alarmed disc lock, got mine off eBay for about a tenner & then found I could have got it cheaper at Maplins  (just looked & they don't stock them any more).

when i bought mine at the show someone was returning one from the previous year...battery had gone flat within weeks of buying it....the seller took it from him, dropped it in the bin and gave him a brand new one, no receipt, no problem.

Good ain't they? Just a bit embarrassing driving along the road with your bike screaming blue murder!

They can also fit on the habitation door handle as a security device. First thing a thief does is to lift it up to take a look, and off it goes :Eeek:

lost track of the number of times i've "parked" the shackle the wrong way round after use and 20 seconds later its armed itself.....fine until you start the engine and set off then the vibes and shocks set it off in the locker...
