Just sent you another by PM but Steve was too quick for me. So ignore it.:Sad:
For the record, I couldn't get more than 8 frames at 16 colours and come in below the size.
Is this about the measure of the avatar job?

Hi Patrick,

Yes I'm afraid so......

I believe the max file size is set at 18kb.....So I had to delete some "unnecessary" frames and trim the frame size to fit that criteria...

Sped up the transition from left to right so as not to make it appear too jerky...

This was trimmed to 9 frames @72x80 pixels....
