Hi Folks,
Don't wild camp but have often walked past a spot which I reckon would be a really great pitch.
Killin in Perthshire, from the A85 heading north at Lix Toll turn right on to the A827 towards Killin (a really nice wee place, pubs, eateries, co-op etc) pass through the village and the C.C. site on your right. Just before the Bridge of Lochay Hotel take a left, don't worry if you miss it 50yds further on you can take another left, either will take you up to the hydro generating station.
Once you arrive you will find a pretty flat grass area which overlooks the river, a great spot.
If anyone has visited before or does in the future would really like to hear your opinions.

Is that the "Road" that leads over to Glen Lyon ? Bloody narrow in places for a motorhome. It was tight enough on the Motorcycle when we were acros there last year.

The road to Kenknock and Glen Lochay, the road either way as far as the generating station shouldn't pose any problems.
