I wonder what state the flooded vans are in now, you know the one's .....like

Have not seen any advertised since, am I right in thinking it had to say on the log book and if it did, what would happen if you reported a lost log book, would it say then?

What are your thoughts?

I wonder what state the flooded vans are in now
I found that any wiring which has been in contact with water will eventually suffer from the dreaded 'black wire' condition. Water apparently tracks along the powder used in the manufacture of insulated conductors and corrodes the copper wire such that connectors fail and soldering becomes near impossible.

If these vans were ever flooded to the extent that the ends of wires were contaminated then I would keep clear of such vans.

:RollEyes: A friend bought a brand new Winnebago View in the USA after the Katrina floods. He spent a LOT of money in the US before shipping it back along with our Newmar, He then spent another LOT off money on it before getting rid of it. :Doh:
