hi all, just had birthday yesterday wrong side of 40, just been out with kids playing in snow felt 10 again so if you want to stay young get out there and have fun.

I know just how you feel. I was 46 on the 2nd.
Its OK going down the hill, its trudging all the way back up, with the sledge. Talk about an all over body work out, with a bit of cardio thrown in for good luck !!
Our 3 are off school again today .
The snow is as the carol says , deep , crisp n even. Its bright and sunny although its -3 here in Wakefield.
So after a hearty breakfast guess what we are doing

Indeed, but try it the wrong side of 60 ...

kids keep you young.. and why I had so many ..

nothing quite like a lively 9 year old to keep you fit :thumb:
