After the experiences my Dad has had with them, you have been very fortunate.
I don't think the term "unfortunate" can be applied to his unsatisfactory experiences across multiple vehicles from the same Chieveley based dealer.To be fair, in all the times we have been at Marquis looking at motorhomes, we have never met a disgruntled customer.
Maybe your Dad was unfortunate rather than us being fortunate.

When gauged relatively only to the multiple experiences endured by my Father, yes. Its quite frustrating, as said dealer is our closest. However, I'm glad things worked out for you.but it is ok for you to use the term 'fortunate' when you describe my experience of the same dealer...
