Bike storage (1 Viewer)

Am thinking about how to safely and securely store two adult bikes in our Cheyenne garage using as little space as possible and keeping the costs within reason he option I have come up with is a floor stand as shown in the links below:-

Surely a cheap ratchet strap would suit this problem.
Surely if they are "Plonked" in the garage leaning over enough there would be no problem, why spend any money?

Sorry should have mentioned that they are very expensive bikes so want to avoid any risk of damage scrapes etc

Cant recomend a stand but once fitted loosen the handle bars and turn them sideways this gets the bikes closer together.

When we bought our MH with garage it had a bike rack fitted at the back, I took the rack off and used part of the fittings inside the garage, by adjust the fittings so the the first bike in the rack is lifted up a few inches the second bike fits much close to it's mate as the handlebars and pedals don't clash for the same position.

The unit that you are looking at on the link you sent does not look suitable to me as 1/ the bakes are too far apart and 2/ holding the bikes loosely by the wheels could damage the wheels.
