Hi,

Do any of you have a problem with using the spell checker in the google toolbar, mine works fine, but if I don't stop it before posting all of the highlighted corrected text gets rearranged on the post and the text is shown in colour, is this normal

Don't know, never did have a problem with The nor cat nor mat.

Onamatopoeai on the other hand has given a wee squiggle of red dots underneath.

Maybe a different spellchecker perhaps. Oops, it squiggled spellchecker as well.

In the past I have had multiple problems with the Google spell checker, but strangely enough, only with this site.

The only cure that worked was to uninstall Firefox and re install, that worked.

Hi,Doug

I did have a problem a while back with the spell checker rearranging the words etc. but that cleared when i installed a new version of Google Toolbar.

This is only a problem if I don't cancel the spell checker before Submitting the Reply. the words in Green above were in a normal line "The Cat Sat on The Mat" but i had intentionally spelt the first 3 words incorrectly and the spell checker had highlighted and corrected them.

But as soon as i Submitted the Reply they went out of line and stayed Green. If I had canceled the spellchecker before Submitting there wouldn't have been a problem.

Hope that makes sense.
