Flogas uses a POL 105 thread whereas calor use a POL but i cant find any reference to thread number.

Yep - gasdeal.co.uk have the same offer on. Most popular cylinder sizes are included - 13kg butane for £19.99 delivered for instance - not that many will want butane for their motorhomes at this time of year.

Gasdeal are FloGas resellers. Most of the time they are the same cylinder price as FloGas, but with free delivery. With the current offer, it's the same deal from both.

Unfortunately I've got one full cylinder (only delivered about 10 days ago) & one about half full. The Gasdeal offer expires at the end of the month, or earlier if they have sold the amount they have allocated at this price. I'm out on my own this weekend, so won't use so much gas (OH likes it toasty), but if there is any left at the offer price at the end of the month, I'll order one then. They won't deliver it until we are back from the New Forest meet & one cylinder will be near enough empty by then to make it worth losing the last bit.

Owners of continental vans get the biggest bonus from using FloGas or Gasdeal. Many continental vans will take 2 x 11kg FloGas bottles, but not 2 x 13kg Calor bottles. So they end up with at least one very expensive to refill 6kg bottle. Add in the convenience of free delivery straight to the van & it makes it a good deal even when there isn't an offer on.

i can take 2 19kg bottles . but usually only 1 x19kg and a cepsa spanish.
can use the flogas as back up while in spain and the cepsa as back up in uk. ideal.
if going morocco i take out the flogas and put a moroccan bottle in etc .
always think its a shame other dont have bigger gas lockers .
got a 19kg for 27.50 the other day , showed my local flo gas depot the gas deal price and they said as they werent having to deliver they would beat it . i only live half a mile up the road . no probs picking it up.

I have both calor and flogas and the threads are identical, EXCEPT when you accidentally collect a fork lift cylinder, which are completely different but should have a BLACK top to the cylinder, the one I got did not have one, just red all over

If your cylinder is red all over it is a normal propane cylinder.
If you were given an auto gas cylinder that was the fault of the retailer,
Unless u took an auto gas cylinder in so U did not have a deposit to pay, you minky

been on the flo gas web site and can,t find the deal/offer? the gasdeal site has the 11kg at £21.98?

Does anyone have a link to the offer please? Or - do you know if the offer had finished?

We have the 13kg and a 6 kg calor bottle set up and getting 2 x 11kgs in without having to make any changes to reg would be useful

Wow - hadn't realised that. In which case I'll get my order in now. That will benefit both me & FloGas, because I will be able to order future replacements two at a time.

i get 47kg flow gas cylinders 4 at at time for just under £200 so works out at about 50p per litre then pump it into other things. So if i were to fill a 11kg it would cost £11. not that i would of course. just saying.

If you use gas bottles, flo gas have on offer 11kg propane delivered for £15.99.

Do either of you have a link?
I had the emailed offer from Gasdeal. When you follow their link, it only shows a single product, whereas normally you choose between Return & No Return. I rang Gasdeal to confirm & they say it's a mistake - the offer price is with an empty return.

Have you ordered direct from FloGas? I couldn't find an offer on their web site.

Might have been flooded with orders as they did not want an exchange bottle either.
