Good news.
We are on the start of the journey, MRI last week biopsy planned. May be nothing but good to hear from survivors in case it is.
Best wishes for the future.
I know lv been lucky .all the very best to you. Stay positive. The consultant at the beginning of my prognosis. Said I was passed the cutoff age for certain treatments. But because of my outlook he was prepared to operate. RESULT.

Great news @Marvic.
I recently retired from Royal Preston (worked there 28 years) and my daughter still does.
I will pass on your thanks.

Adopt Michael Caine Accent,
"Did you know"
that if you ring the very nice people at Prostate Cancer UK on 020 3310 7000 (c'mon, I've even got the number for you) and offer them a Tenner, they will, in turn send you a very nice Black T Shirt with all those little blokes on it.
Can't find a photo on the interweb thingy but it just might be that I'm useless at looking.

Fantastic news Marvic really pleased to hear that, I went to see my Oncoogist today and after having surgery last year and Radiotherapy this year I too have no discernable PSA. They never tell you that you are cured though do they!

Not got to see him again now till next July so all is looking good here too.

Isn't the NHS wonderful once they swing into action.
