Comfort Insurance are offering a 68-page cookbook for motorhomers. It's available as a pdf download. All you have to do is subscribe to their newsletters. Current newsletter is very interesting and cookbook has some great recipes.

Thanks (y).

Only flicked through the first few "recipes" - had to giggle;
One for a smoothie had to have a blender... in a camper?
Another was for "Continental Breakfast", a recipe?
:D

@Rob and Val

Thank you for letting us all know about this.

I have downloaded it into iBooks and have found it very easy to read.

Some of the recepies are beyond me of course, but I could probably manage some of the easier ones.

I shall print it to keep with my stock of Pot Noodles I hide in the camper

Regards,

I was sent it ages ago from Comfort (don't know why) but though it was very limited for a 'camper' as some of the recipes needed electric appliances or were very, very basic and not even recipes in my view, but it's free so worth a shuftie.

Ah-ha! The Hairy Bikers were using one in their programme about chicken & eggs and I wondered what it was. Bit pricey though!
