It's not my thing at all - far too much like a coach - but either some of you have got much higher standards than me or my eyesight is going, from the pictures it looks immaculate and very clean to me!

I have the wider Mega liner on the Man chassis and it's a fantastic Motorhome. If you want excellent build quality & luxury it seems like a bargin for someone. It's not for everyone & they will have to put up with fellow travelers carping & asking for a look inside in equal measure.

I can see why it wouldn't be to everyone's taste, it's a bit of an odd looking beast, especially profile view with those tiny wheels that seem too small for the body. But, if I had 65 grand - oh I wish - I think I'd be very tempted to choose that over a new van of the same price.

Who's willing to have a stab at what the dealer who's selling it got it for? I'll start the bidding at £50k.

We have the chic c line and although this is higher and longer the layout is the same. So what do I gain if I changed. One is never satisfied!! Still a lot of money for the age?

When I 1st started looking for a big Carthago I was advised to go for the Man as the Iveco was a bit underpowered with less payload. The extra 220mm width with the Man does make a big difference inside though and whilst I'm conscious of it when driving it has never been an issue (yet).
If it was a trade in I'd say coltan isn't far off the mark

What a useless ad no details of the chassis or engine manufacturer! No width, no height, no length oh but it's got a gas bottle; how exciting!

And these people think that they are competent to sell motor homes!

What's the picture of the bedding hiding?

Mind you with dealers asking over £40k for a 2010 Savannah it's got to be worth considering.

I assume it's a twin rear wheel each side axle?

Its on an Iveco 3.0 ltr chassis auto box, if I was considering full timing it would be one on my list,
Yes they are a bit strange looking from the front but what a good layout, for 64k I think its good value for money, and it would be a lot easier to park and run than an A class Yank . I have this base on a commercial vehicle although manual box and it returns 22/24 mpg . The Iveco has plenty of power and the MAN would be well down on my list. If you hear a whining diff on the road it will always be a MAN!
