Just been to the dealership this afternoon to see if my charging unit for my Startrail has arrived..No not yet said the service manager.
The charging unit packed up whilst we were in France so on return we jollied into the dealers they confirmed it was kna..broke!!.Service manager said 10 days for a replacement that was on the 22nd September thats 5 weeks since
I've emailled Swift (Owners of Autocruise) see what they can advise...thing is the van is only 6 months old..fills you with confidence don't it...yea right
I know they monitor this and other forums (the one you have to pay for) so it's a waiting game now!!
