thanks @Techno Andy, my shelf is finished and fitted and the Ctek charger looks happy in position.
Trailing electric socket now has the two P clips in place to avoid pulling out and is stowed with help of a terry clip.

Hate to be a miserable git but my CTEK charger, like your one, just stopped working.

One day I plugged it in and it was dead as dead could be... no lights... no nothing.

Had hardly been used either.

Maybe it would have been happier if I had built a special shelf for it. ;)

You don't unless you have a battery bank bigger than a regular charger can handle
I have two 500ah banks so I swap the charger between them
@GAVLAD has 450ah
