The two reflectors the round ones are only held on by dubble sided tape.
It's been hot here in Germany when I looked both were hanging off.
Lucky for me a German friend notice them or I would have lost them on the next move.
Mine is a 2013 apache.

When I had an Autotrail with the same problem I noticed the reflectors have a bolt attached to the back in the middle. I attached a length of stiff mains electrical wire to the bolt by soldering the wire to a ring terminal. Thread the wire into the hole in the fibreglass panel and knot it so that it can't come back out. Re-attach the reflector with double sided tape. If it falls off again at least you won't lose it.
