Hello I am retired after 45 years as a HGV Driver the Last 40years on Tankers. I have also been a Caravaner, for 30+ years ,after I lost my wife I sold my Caravan,
BUT once you have have Traveled it's always there
I am thinking now of a Camper Van, VW Camper springs to mind, but any advice and information PLEASE
So the best thing is always join a Forum were to date
(BMW/Honda Goldwing forums) have always Had good sound advice from like minded people

For a single traveller a PVC, Panel Van Conversion would be big enough and very easy to live with. They are surprisingly expensive, especially the VW ones.

For similar money you can get a coachbuilt usually specified as 4 berth and live in luxury. A bit harder to park and more thirsty on fuel.

There is no easy answer, but you have a good idea what to look for.
