Hello

Been lurking for a few weeks now and have decided to make a post.

I am going the hard way and doing a home conversion from an ambulance. I hope that's OK here.

Anyway I have started a blog on the conversion if you want to follow it Kev's Kamper Konversion Kaper I would be happy to receive comments, tips, suggestions etc.

It's always struck me, the similarity between and ambulance and a MH. I'll bet the ambulance is much better built. Seriously good project.

So why "biggles" ?

Well I think they probably are. For a start the Prima body is double skinned packed with insulation, and has a stainless steel skeleton inside that. The chap that's going to put a caravan back on mine has seen one that flipped on its side. Nothing more than scratches.

This is some of his work.

and this is a commercial version of pretty much the same thing with a huge price tag.

I know getting someone to do some of the work might be regarded as cheating, but so what when you get work like this and we can't all be good at everything.

Biggles????????? I used to fly and its also a play on my surname
