We took a contract from store franchise for EE we are having great trouble getting it to stay on line and have tried to chancel it Sounds easy!!! .try it EE says go to store store says EE customers service customers service says store store says tough Any suggestions???

Don't ask... Tell!
Write to the store and to EE Customer Services to say you're cancelling the contract due to them not providing the service agreed to.
Then cancel your direct debit.
You'll attract their attention .
