Back On The Road Early This Year (1 Viewer)

We made it again sitting at Blackhorse Farm CC Site waiting to catch the tunnel in the morning we hope to be away till April next year no real plans as such . When we come back in April we hope to change the motorhome and then start a new adventure.

Lynne wants to do the Mosel again so its Germany first then we will see what happens after that anyone who spots us are always welcome for coffee , beer , wine or just to say hello. We will post any new sites or aires we find.

Forgot to say we are getting used to early retirement .

After a long drive we made it to the Mosel last night everywhere is very busy but so many aires you just move onto the next one if full.

Weather is very hot the bad news I left my fuel filler cap on the fuel pump did not notice it had gone till next fuel stop I was gutted .(it was Lynne's fault ) lol

Does anyone know if there is a motorhome dealer or motorhome accessories shop on the mosel need to get new filler cap

Hi,

There is a stellplatz at Polch run by Niesmann & Bischoff, it also has an intercaravaning parts accessory store but not sure if that is near the stellplatz or the factory, although it doesn't look like you have a Niesmann van at the very least they may be able to supply one of those emergency fuel caps.

Edit, looks lioke stellplatz is on Cloustrasse 1 and shop is on Kehrstrasse 51

Yes we finished work early decided to retire not sure what we are doing for the winter yet just thought it would be nice to tour again in the summer months + we love the Mosel .

It would be nice to catch up with you both again Im sure we will let us know where you are.
