Hi

I have one on my RV, if the roof is too thick contact Maxview who will provide a longer tube and spindle.

RE, air con, no problem, make sure it can rotate 360 deg without fouling and has room to park .. mine is very close to the front air con .. no affect on signal ..

you can see mine in this pic

Most folks are happy with the cranky, it performs extremely well and after a bit of practice it is easy to set up ... however, read my post about 'not so good in the wind..'

IMO there are better crank ups on the market .. you pays your money ..etc

I got a Maxview Crank up dish . Used it in all sorts of weather with no problems .Pretty windy in Malvern last weekend and worked great .Probabally the only one that is really better in windy conditions would be the Dome type , but at nearly 5 x the price ? :thumb:

Yes I looked at the Camos and looks good kit but at nearly £200 more than the Maxview decided against it . Having bought and fitted the Maxview to a previous van I knew exactly what I was getting .An unit that is easy to install and use .:thumb:
