nice and cool, but where is his water bowl? Why not install a cigar lighter socket near where you will use the fan? You can use it all the time then, even on the move if you have a dog to cool as we do.

He doesn't have water when on the move, it tends to spill out on the bends! Been there, done that when we've forgotten to empty the bowl after a stop. But he is offered water every time we stop. He then goes to sleep within seconds of the vehicle starting.nice and cool, but where is his water bowl?

Thanks for that, worth looking at but as he sleeps virtually 100% of the time when travelling I'm not sure he would use it but certainly worth thinking about.

Yes on low (1.18 Amp) and medium (1.62 Amp) but for high (2.58 Amp) you need a 12v 2.6A output or greater, the one on eBay is only rated at 2 Amp.Can I use one of these to run my Endless Breeze Fan when on EHU?
I wasn't criticising! I hadn't seen those bowls before but will have a look when we get back and probably buy one. Many thanks for the link!Sure, what ever you are doing is right for you and working, didn't want you to think I was suggesting otherwise. We saw these bowls mentioned on fun and found it so useful for our Ruby (who we sadly lost last September). I just thought I would pass the tip on as we used one at home too, saved the kids always kicking the water bowl over.
I know from your lovely holiday blogs how much Charlie means to you and the top quality love and care you provide him.

Yes, you are right. You can certainly use a 240V adapter. Just be wary of the current rating but we've never had ours on speed 3 so I suspect a smaller one would work but a properly rated one would be preferable. Our MH only has one 12v socket which is in the cab,so assumed using that would drain the van battery??
It does however have 240v sockets perfectly positioned for the endless breeze so thought it would be simpler in the short term to use an adaptor until we have extra 12vs fitted.

not all 12v sockets look like cigar sockets. some are 2 flat pins. often found near the aerial socket for tvOur MH only has one 12v socket which is in the cab,so assumed using that would drain the van battery??
