I've posted here to catch everyone's eye. The Winter timetable has just been announced for Brittany Ferries, right through to November 2017.

To reiterate my last post they seem to be a lot cheaper this year compared to last and with a trailer this time as well. Or they are for me anyway, i paid £1285 last year with no trailer and this year i paid £870 for similar dates of departure and return with a 4m trailer added (yet to buy). That's a lot of saving . No idea why to be honest as i thought it would be more but booked anyway befre they change it. I also double checked the details as well and they are correct and this includes £80 cabin each way

Yes they look to be cheaper for me as well. I was expecting the £ price to be at least 10% higher because of the exchange rate, but that assumes the rates are based on Euros, maybe its £

There have been some tweeking around the edges.
The service from Plymouth isn't as straightforward in the Winter and I will have difficulty in getting back to my 'Homeport' in the winter.
The price Plymouth-Roscoff at around the end of the year, and early next year,(not just Christmas) is a bit strong at £235 for me, her and the 'van.

i say they are a bit dearer . the return i took last year as gone up 14 quid . yes i leave 4 days later and come back a few days later .

very strange as this year i am away for 2 days longer and £400 cheaper with the addition of a trailer

Perhaps they realised it was too cheap and started to put the prices up

mine just nicely fits in as a car and caravan . i dont have a cabin and i,m a club member .
i leave 5 days later and come back 6 days later , only as the timetable as changed .
be nice if they knocked 400 off mine i would only have to pay24.60 then .
i,m lucky i,m only 10 mtrs length and they allow 11mtrs for car and caravan .
it gets measured every year going and coming back. as it does look bigger .

Theres a couple of strange arrivals this winter ie Bilbao to Plymouth 2/3February (next one 29th March).
I might just be on that one.
Saves the 180 mile slog back from Portsmouth.

having done the portsmouth crossing a few times .i much prefer the plymouth one . certainly the pont aven makes it real smooth and like you plymouth just up the road .
mind i also dont mind not having a cabin ,saves a few more shillings . plus its about 190 mls for me. instead of just 30.
