So I've been thinking about (and compiling) a playlist of songs we'll drive down to southern Europe with. Are there any albums or songs that are a must to cruise along taking in the scenery to?

We have a 6 disc changer in our rv and load up before each journey. Mix of rock, pop, sing a long and even some classic or Andre Rieux is a favourite. Must look strange to other drivers as we're either singing our heads off, head banging or conducting the orchestra!

It's funny but over time we listen less and less to music when we are travelling. If we are in the UK we will listen to the radio and if we listen abroad then it's probably the i-pod with its 7000+ songs on shuffle. We very rarely listen at all now on the bike.

Many of the songs you have listed are all on Bacobens top rock 500 sadly Disturbed's version of sound of Silence " isn't on there.

Great for driving though 35 hours of great music.
