 Hi Steve. There should be a switch somewhere with a meter. You should be able to switch middle/up/down. Middle for off, Down for House battery and Up for Motor battery. The House and Motor batteries could be the other way round. No lights? Switch will MOST likely be in the middle (OFF) position. :thumb:

hi steve and welcome.

johns right about the panel switch BUT as you have no power at all then find the 230v mains fuse box, the one with the circuit breakers in, and check the main switch is turned on.

if it is you will need a multi meter to check volts at different locations along the way.

there is no middle setting just leisure and car mains fuse system are all on not in trip position

is the charger turned on?
there should be a switch somewhere on the charger.
if the battery is fully discharged you wont have any 12v if the chargers off.
if the battery is fully discharged its more than likely knackered anyway.

that wont affect the fridge 230v operation though.

have you checked there is power at the vans mains fuse box.
could be a break in the hookup lead.
simply press the main switch trip test button...if it trips theres power there.

Hi, Steve welcome to the site. Are you sure the 240 supply is on? Just a thought!

May have discovered the problem the zig unit is an old CP V3 which may not have an internal charger vus will only charge when running and not on hook up is this true ??

Well that would be a bit strange and something I have not come accross before. Why though would you have no power in the van if this was the case? surely it would be running straight off the mains?
