I am looking at a TV (LG 24MT57S Smart 24") that can give both Freeview HD & Freesat HD. Would the Freestat element be able to use the standard sat dish I have?

Just discovered that the powerbrick is 18V

We have Cello traveller with freesat and it works fine with sat dish

Yes. Despite a lot of advertising to the contrary there is no such thing as a 'digital aerial'.
