Hi we have just got here
Our three mifi is working and it says we are connected but we are not! Do I have to enable something ? I spent hours on the phone to three when we went France with this problem and he said he had sorted it -clearly not!!
Cant get through to the help line now
Any suggestions appreciated
We can access our account online as we are in a cafe with free wifi
