Shame. Another 2016 celeb.
My favourite quote. " I am so fast that last night I turned off the bedroom light and was in bed before it went dark"

Sending shivers through me as I read this. A true inspiration, someone us lads of the 60's grew up with. A man of character and morals, a man of true ideals, a legend who will never be replaced. RIP Ali, you have been a Giant in our time.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
I was watching the BBC news channel earlier today & of course they had to go talk to their reporter at the hospital where the great man had died. The studio guy asked the roving reporter what the state of play was at the hospital, I couldn't have resisted saying "well he's still dead" lol. What the hell is that all about? Its almost as daft as the radio action replay after a point or whatever they score at football. :)
