From what I've seen, yes it was .bike hit protective barrier first & he appeared to hit bike as he followed it in & bike rebounded back. very sad.R.I.P

He's the second guy killed this year isn't he? I read about another death a few days ago.

I wonder if eventually the current trend for safe circuits will eventually catch up with the TT?

No problem. Death is part of the equation but non like the TT when every year they are automatic and accepted. Non of the riders complain, better to live life to the full than just live. A bit tough on the families.

You were military, nowt you don't know about death. At least your deaths can be justified. Give or take Blair.
