Toby will be spoiled but he will still miss you.

Mines the same, jumps in every time, he associates the MH with the beach. Don't have to ask him twice if he wants to go.

Dont know who is the daftest but he loves listening to the phone so I phone him when hes left behind:)

Seeing as it's a dog I would presume, stay, is the word.

When you find a way, please pass it on to me....our two are staying behind whilst we go off to Poland. They were coming, but we felt we needed to check things out re , vets, how hot the MH gets if we had to leave them in it, all that sort of thing. So they are staying at home with my Grandson.

Our Geram Shepherd ever time we parked our Moho outside the house she would run and hide under table in dinette like a stow away.

As if we wouldn't notice 43 kilos of hairy doggy LoL

:Eeek:
so I phone him when hes left behind
:Eeek:

A friend of ours ran a Cattery down in Southampton and one of her regulars would leave his five cats with them every time he went away, then he would send each of the cats a postcard which he insisted were read aloud to them and pinned to the kennel.

Each cat was named after a different Brandy, Curvosier and the like. So YES Sandra you are slightly weird.....trust me, I recognise the signs.............

....and another thing Gerry, if you knocked down that little Greenhouse I could park there!

This reminds of the film Hachi: A dogs tale with Richard Gere. Like Hachi poor old Toby will be sitting there waiting with head and heart in turmoil thinking what have I done now, while you are out enjoying your self. Despicable that's what I think, despicable.

PS: Anyone not seen the film get it out it's a cracker.

Great film and based on a true story too........

"This heartwarming true story is an American adaptation of a Japanese tale about a loyal dog named Hachiko."

I warn you though it'll have you in tears

@lorger we've left ours a few times with son/daughter. Makes the prep difficult because as soon as we go near the van they follow you round, end up tripping over them:D.....I've resorted to stealth loading of the van when Les is walking them:LOL:

Just don't look back when you leave him:tmi:
