Could anyone advise a working email address for Thetford cookers

I emailed on the contact page just over a week ago - no response despite a five day reply pledge

Emailed them again on infogb@thetford.eu and again no response

I am pretty sure my new cooker in the IH has a problem on the electric ring. It actually glows red hot when in use.

I just want them to advise whether ok or not to use it/ use the cooker.

Why these companies have contact pages when they obviously don't read anything written on them is beyond me

If the ring is the swirly one (rather than the solid plate) they are supposed to glow red aren't they? So are most of the ones encased in glass.

It's a solid plate version around six inches diameter. We had something similar but another maker in the autotrail and that did not glow so hot.

I have and they responded pretty quickly but would like an answer from the makers. They are the 'experts' on their equipment
