In very good condition with only slight use related marks and no rust. An excellent bit of kit that I had for carrying 2 electric bikes on the back of my motorhome. It is unbelievably stable, easy to fit and load and very versatile. The upright bar also folds down for easy storage. Hi Jeff,
Yes it has 2 straps on each rail for the bike wheels and each the arms have a none scratch grip. The bikes are very stable when mounted.
