Long term a few years now.
As normal I'm awake late . Sat on a campsite near Paignton. Loads of caphufle going on a caravan being towed on site by a large vehicle. Went over to see if all's OK ,it was a couple from the Midlands who had broken down on the m5 . I could see they were a bit stressed I couldn't help really so I made em two big mugs of tea. Their faces lit up . Good deed for the day done early .☺

Thats pretty late to arrive at a campsite, they must have had a nightmare journey. Still, a cup of tea will make them feel better, I'm sure they appreciated your kind thought.

How kind of you, well done:clap: better than moaning about the noise at that time. I'm sure they'll be round later with 3 albums of previous vans with trophies for you to look at(y) enjoy:imoutahere::)

The bit in the middle of wigsters post was a bit of a giveaway as to their journey.....they broke down on the M5

Your next job is to pull up a comfy chair and watch them put the awning up.

Then give marks for absence of swearing and technical merit in putting it up without pulling ligaments and tripping up over poles and guylines

Whatever you do DONT give em the ginger nuts...;)

Aldi have sold out again!!!!. I "complained", and pleaded that I was having "withdrawal symptoms" and the manager told me they are having supply issues again!.:(:(:cry:

Was walking through Carlisle yesterday and the aroma of freshly baked ginger nuts was wafting on the breeze from Carr's biscuit factory (McVitties) not sure if they do Aldi's ones though.
