Not sure what make of tap it is but you can buy replacement microswitches for Reich taps here:

Probably nothing wrong with the switch likely to be the wires to the switch broken. They get caught when you turn the leaver from hot to cold. Design not fit for purpose.Hi, also have a problem with our tap, without taking it apart which isn't easy as the screw is under the lever which is close to the worktop, will i have to remove the whole tap?
does anyone know which micro switch is correct out of these 2 https://www.leisureshopdirect.com/w...witch-for-reich-pelikantrend-and-keramik-taps or this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/17537109...d=link&campid=5338547443&toolid=20001&mkevt=1
both say for Reich Keramik, this is the tap View attachment 665527

I kept our submersible pump and just installed a Whale pressure switch and by passed the micro switches. Quick and easy once I got the parts. One way to test if it's the microswitch. Turn on the kitchen tap. No water comes out, of course. Leaving the kitchen tap turned on, slightly turn on the bathroom tap. Ideally until the microswitch clicks, but it's only open a minimal amount so little or no water comes out. If the kitchen tap springs to life and starts spouting water, then it's definitely a microswitch problem. In a quiet environment you can hear the click of the microswitch, and maybe also the pump motor running.
How do I know? I had the problem on my last trip a few weeks ago. Spent a day travelling to a caravan shop on my scooter to get a microswitch, and taking the tap apart to fix it. On my latest trip, just tried it, it's not working. When I get back I'm definitely going to do what Lenny HB did, and install a pump with a pressure switch instead of a microswitch system.
