@FIDGET we have the same awning and agree with your comments. It's a brilliant product but we have to leave it on top of the bed when travelling as it doesn't fit in our lockers. So easy, quick and light.

- Hexagon 6 sided one: folded: 185 x 18 x 18 cm
- Square 4 sided one: folded: 167 x 16 x 16 cm
So it's 18cm shorter, just over 7 inches ... which I'm told can make a difference!
