Been motorhoming for 15yrs.had an American RV for 7yrs,Now got a Niesmann Bischoff Arto 88F
can anyone tell me please is it possible to change from a dish to a dome without changing the whole already fitted system?

I think it depends on the dish
A dome only needs a coax which carries both the signal and the power for positioning

At least three oyster dishes here at Chester cannot get a signal

Have they been re-programmed since the frequency change implemented on 15 December?

Any fully automatic system will consist of dish/dome and controller plus any interconnecting wiring (Most domes utilise the signal coax). So to change from one system to another will require the roof mounted unit and its in room controller to be changed. The receiver/TV unit can be used with any satellite system.
