Hello All,

Just dropping a line to say hello, I am in the market for an expedition truck and am planning a series of long distance legs. Just wanted to tap into the knowledge base and get some good tips.

Many thanks.

Plenty of knowledge and experience on Fun ( often wondered what combined motorhome experience years would be!)

:welcome4: and good luck in your vehicle search.

Looks like a top truck and you must have beaten my friends to it as I know they were going to look at it.
We are on a trip at the moment www.ourworldtraveller.com but when we get back I would like to see your truck and hear about where you intend to go.

Hello Chris, just seen your post, no doubt you are planning some kind of self build that will tick all of your must have boxes?

If so, then why not come along to another site that Jim who owns this site has very recently set up, namely www.diymotorhome.co.uk (it is a FREE site by the way) where you will find quite a few of us over there who have done what you are thinking of doing and we will all be only too willing to share our experiences with you.

All the best

Phil
