Hi are there any decent pubs/meal etc, around the Robin Hood visitor centre ?Grandson wants to go so we promised to take him overnight in the next couple of weeks ??

Just up the road from me, the centre serves cheap basic meals,( beer and larger:thumb:)
several in the village although I've not used them.

1st entrance on the left is the has small fairground 2nd entrance is where the centre is. depending when you go but the lad may have a go at archery.

Hi Sinbad,are there any petting farms or anything else interesting to look at that may interest him ?
been lots of times before but quite a few years back--plus it is practically on our doorstep (30 odd miles) so never seem to visit places like that

There's the CC Club site at Clumber just down the road.
There's a kiddies adventure/play area at the White Post roundabout, junction of the A614 & A617. Just across the road is a pub and I think a Chinese a couple of 100 yards away.
