Now reached the grand old age of 70 and looking for travel insurance. Anyone know of any good deals, we normally go to Europe for 2 months at a time?

I've got cover with my bank and after watching Martin Lewis on the telly checked it out and for travel, breakdown cover, phone cover, key cover they can't be touched for £12.99 a month.Try your Bank they have special accounts that include travel nsurance, we are just arranging to have one and it is cheaper than our last insurers, even including the age limit excess and any health problems.we travel abroad a couple of times a year in our MH , as well as other trips abroad.

Not true. Lloyds have a list of medical ailments that you can have and still be covered. In my case type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure are covered and I have that in writing.Don't bother, just shoot yourself, you may as well, all the insurance companies will rip you off, especially if you have medical history, according to them we are only fit for the scrapheap after 65, and I'm among them.
