Booked our summer holidays, and more and cant wait (1 Viewer)

Excited......

We have booked loads of holidays and mini breaks.

Feb half term - we are going to Oxon for a few days.

Easter holidays and October half term - we are going to Scotland for a few days.

Whitsun holidays - we are off to Rutland on a rally field not sure how long for yet.

A weekend in July - we are going to Llanberis

We have booked our return ferry, for our summer holiday and all our sites apart from our first night when we will stop at a aire some where on route (no idea where yet).

We are going to Annecy for 6 nights,
Picking our 16 year old daughter up from Geneva airport on route to,
The Black forest for 3 nights,
Then stopping in Rhine for 5 nights,
Finally stopping at Bruge for 3 nights.

September for Hubby's 45th Birthday - we are going to the Lincoln show ground

Still need to work out where to Stay for May bank holiday, We are thinking of Anglesey, then a day trip to Ireland.

Looks like we are going to be busy busy.... Even the kids want to go away with us for some of the trips Opps forgot to book them in hehehehe... (Well they are 16, 21 and 24. They only want a free holiday)

You'll love Annecy lovely place and it just so happens we are picking our 18 year old Daughter up at Geneva in June after her 30 day inter railing trip round Europe.
You will also love Scotland have you any plans on where you'll visit.

Yes, if you go on Swiss autoroutes then you need a "vignette" which is a one off charge. Not sure how much it is nowadays, but if you are on French autoroutes and enter Switzerland you will be stopped and made to park whilst you buy one at the border post.

Two lovely places, are you planning on climbing Ben Nevis. If your planning on doing some wild camping let me know and if I can help will give you some nice places.

Your ok to overnight on the road at Duck Bay, They are clamping down on wild campers on Loc Lomond but you will be dine here. If your on Facebook then join the Scottish wild campers page has a great map with loads of locations all over Scotland. The Drovers inn at the top of the Loch normally allow you to stay in the car park if using the pub last time we just phoned ahead to make sure.
