Looks to me like it's a permanent site for a Caravan or Mobile Home with just 3 plots available. A good way for someone with a bit of spare land to make a few Euros.
Coin is a bit out of the way but a nice enough place.
Can be quite a bit cooler up there in the Winter, than down here on the coast.

Lovely area, had a great horse-riding holiday there once at Rancho Heurta del Batan.
I see it's still in operation, it's the same people running it, Giles & Miranda. Beautiful countryside for riding, as you'd expect in Andalucia. We had great hospitality, fantastic horses, basic but comfortable accommodation, very good Spanish food, and a lovely pool.

I was collected from Malaga airport and stayed on a Finca at Coin for a spot of cycle training prior to a tour of Andalusia
