Hi Ive had my motorhome a couple of weeks, just trying to get to grips with all the tech issues...
I have a carado t449... Ive filled the water tank, but no water is coming out of the taps, the dealer who i bought the motorhome of is away until 8th jan, so no joy there... any ideas on what i might be doing wrong.....
Thanks in advance

On and off for many years.
I assume you have the electric on for the pump.... (sometimes the simple things trip us up), our water pump switch is on the electric control panel.

Is the pump making a noise - you will hear it when it is running.

If it isn't running you know the problem is at the pump or before.
If it is running there could be an air lock somewhere.

Someone else will be along with more ideas soon.

Perhaps someone who lives locally will come and have a look for you :)

It took us ages to get this right - [1] switch on the electrics [2] switch on the pump (& cabin lights) [3] NOW the water & lighting will work :xThumb:
Sadly we still get caught out by it quite regularly... :xblush:
Luckily one of us usually remembers before we panic :xdoh:
Hope your problem is as easily resolved @Annie21220 :xsmile:

Keeping the above suggestions in mind - if you have filled the tank, all the relevant switches are on and the pump is making a noise, perhaps your heater drain valve is open and all the water has run out again.

This again is a common mistake, especially if parked on grass and you cannot see the huge puddle developing under your van.
