We enjoyed a great short stay at the Reedham Ferry Inn this year. Lovely pub& a very nice walk to Reedham where there are two other pubs and plenty of room to park your MH at the quay if it's raining and you fancy some entertainment at the expense of the .non boaties who are mooring up.Easy driving to all the other Broads attractions.Good for dogs.

Brilliant! thanks for the replies, We were in north Norfolk in October, we stayed at the fir and feather which was lovely and our beer we bought is for Christmas day as we don't do wine. As it was our last night we had no idea how close to wroxham we were! Our aim is to visit roys as we love independent shops. The north Norfolk coast is the best place in England just ask our dogs, Our aim is to work and live in our motorhome there soon.

Roy seem to own the whole of Wroxham.
Earlier this year we parked in huge overspill car park beyond the coach park ( follow the signs)
We stayed over night for two nights and I am pretty sure it was free parking. They did lock the gates between 7.00pm and 8.00am but the warden was OK about us staying overnight
There a tunnel under the railway station and a nice walk into town by the river, we also caught the bus into Norwich for a day.

You can park right in the middle of Wroxham, coming from Norwich you turn left before you go over the bridge into the boat yard.:xgrin:
There is a hippy girl that lives on a boat, not only does she empty the boat tanks :xwink: she has opened a motorhome aire holds 5 and its £10 a night water and dump, extra to use the boat yard showers and its right on the river. :xThumb:
But its best to phone and book a space. :xsmile:
Her name is Cheryl call on 07803619015.

Great!! That's what I like now being part of the FUN ( even if we have not meet anyone yet but plenty of time hopefully? ) We live in Norwich and didn't know about this except we saw a Motorhome parked ther last year and wondered what was a happening. So thanks bobandjanie for the info, very handy for friends visiting this way. We can also recommend North Norfolk for great break with lots to do.

;)Sadly the bridge is out a Wroxham. With all the heavey rain and numpties in hire boats running into it the bridge is now closed. This means a long detore either along the Acle Straigh to Gt Yarmouth or via the A17 through the fens...
Its now safer and easier not to visit Norfolk...

You forgot the howitzers set up each end of the A149 aimed automatically at tourist motorhomes.
RPG's on the A11 and A47 will soon be in operation.

We will be here until Thursday, but just to let you know you have to be Camping and Caravan Club members now, and it's still £10 a night. (y) Bob.
