The bomb went off about 9am but luckily didn't explode, only set the bin it was hidden in on fire. They've captured the suspect on cctv. Bit too close to home for my liking.

I agree Loren getting too close to home though I don't tend to go into Preston now ...I prefer Southport but saying that it could happen anywhere
