hi
My off side orange marker lights have stopped working along with the off side rear high tail light.
Nothing showing untoward on the dash warning lights.
Side marker lights are 5w bulbs and the rear high tail light is LED - all factory fit.
Checked the side marker lights and there's a live feed showing on test lamp.
Checked fuses under dash panel and all ok on test lamp.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?
Any ideas?

Van is Euramobil Activa based on Fiat Alko tag chassis on 2009 year 3l diesel.
Cheers

If you have 12v at the lamp holder then it must be short an earth? Try a bulb in it that you know is good?

I had a similar problem with my Pilote, the high level off side marker light would flicker and go out.

I could not understand why only the high level light was affected, I changed the bulb but the fault persisted.

During investigation of the problem I found that the side marker lights and the high level light are wired on different circuits. The low level markers are fed from a slave relay that operates when the lights are switched on. The high level light is wired direct to the rear light.

Purely by chance I found that the problem was caused by a faulty bulb in the rear light that had an hr short circuit between the +ve and earth not enough to blow the fuse but enough to stop the high level light from working.

If yours is similarly wired check the slave relay is operating for the side markers.

In my experience look for the poorest, most unprofessional connection behind the rear lights. It'll be that one. Alternatively, if you are seeing 12v (use a bulb, not a meter) at one of the lights that isn't working, the fault will be a poor earth connection serving all the failed lights.

I rarely if ever have all my side marker lights working, usually due to corroded connections. I'm thinking of replacing them all with sealed LED units.

Sorted! (With the help of Martyn at Calder Valley Motorhomes)
Underneath the van was a push fit block connector which had corroded terminals and was providing an intermittent connection.
Ended up replacing the connector and all's now working as designed.
Thanks for all of your replies though!
