Look like you could take that out and replace, trying to repair it would probably not look to good as it's a very thin veneer on MDF.As Brian said sticky plastic but probably need to fill damage out flush so that it does not show through or a nice piece of stainless angle fitted on would look good also save you damaging it again.

Hi
If it's the same edging both side's any replacement or cover over would look a lot better if both sides were the same. try B n Q they sell all sorts of stuff or you local double glazer suppliers they have all sorts of covers. Pete

More than toes wet now!
Just another thought.
If you can remove the damaged piece is it "reversible" with the damaged corner going to the inside?

It looks like an edge but is part of the side panel so cannot be moved. I have found some corner strips but not the right size. I think the best idea may be sticky back plastic it can be made to fit

if its a place its likley to get damaged again you could cover it with a metal angle strip and do other side to match

You can get wood effect corner strips just put corner strips in ebay there are lots of colours simple job to glue on once cut to length.
You can also try a local kitchen company who make there own cabinets and see if they have any veneere to match.

I'd suggest giving it a light sand, then prime and paint it black or dark brown to match the metal trim its next to

Presuming that it is MDF with a veneer of plastic type material on it, have a look in the manufacturer's brochure for your MH to see if there is any description of the kitchen or wood trim, ie 'Ash ' finish to the wood. (it looks like Ash to me) then look for Fablon or other sticky backed plastic with the relevant woodgrain and re-cover the whole piece.
Amazon do a similar one at..
Amazon product ASIN B005ERJ7JO
Bear in mind that when you rub it down with sandpaper to get rid of the rough edges, you will probably create a flat spot on the radius that may cause a wrinkle in the material.

I am on 3G at the mo, and I can't get tags to work. Peter Marshall is quite correct. Both B & Q and Homebase have a section in the timber aisle, where you can buy mouldings. I have purchased this exact moulding, it comes in roughly 6' lengths, rip that one out an replace with the new :D

It is more like chipboard with a cardboard printed surface, get a piece of alloy from B&Q and stick it over the corner and cover it all.

You can get laminate flooring repair kit try eBay, may take a bit of time but do able.
Or maybe try car body wrap vinyl in a contrasting colour.
