Anyone ever wonder what happened to their old motorhome? We full timed for three years in our Bessacar E630, and I often wonder what travels it is going on now! It's still on the road, according to the MOT website. Reg started FJ61 - belong to a funster by any chance?

Our first van was a converted 17 seat patent transport we converted .
we had it for over 10 years
Eventually scraping it the engine that I rebuilt after a cam belt failure.
was marinades and is still going strong in the boat it was installed in seven years ago.

I looked up our first swift royale 590, we got it new but sold it quite a few years ago, its still on the road according to the MOT website, R951 - interesting to know where its been/is?

would need freedom of information for that I guess? dont know to be honest...two I looked up no longer on the road

Many years ago we traded in our Swift Royale, which we had bought new.

It was three years old 32,000miles and in immaculate condition.

Two years later we spotted it on a campsite and thought we would say hello to the new owners. As we approached it we saw all the dents and scrapes it had acquired in two years. We then saw the two bikes leaning against the van and the dents the handlebars were making in the sides. The rear skirt was split and torn too.

We didn't have the heart to talk to someone who had done that to our pride and joy.

Sad, l know. But that's the way we felt.

Ring DVLA and tell them you work for Parking Eye and you need the details to fine them, that should do it.

Both our old vans are out there somewhere.. still in use ............

Our old van is now owned by a funster and hopefully continuing her adventures.
We put a huge dint in her and she didn't mind so she would be very forgiving to any other owner
