If it happens. This was all meant to have happened by this year but the telcos had it postponed. No doubt one day but don't hold your breath

I don't want to pee on the fireworks, but that still works out at around £38 per GB of data - that can still mount up pretty quickly

And when the roaming charges are abolished you can bet that the base prices will all go up to cover the loss of revenue. !
