We discovered a leak on our skylight over the bed on sunday morning,resulting in the mattress being heavily stained.
Wrote a thread sunday evening,got a reply from swift within 20 minutes.Called me monday morning to say they are looking into it and today they called my wife and are delivering a new mattress
Cant ask for better service than that.
So would just like to say a big thankyou to all the team at swift from me and my wife.

hope i can say the same about my leaking window frame after i fix it.
gaffa tape is brilliant but not very astheticaly pleasing....
